| 智慧岛屿 AI 学习教程规划方案 Smart Island AI Learning Program 一、WHY 为什么需要 AI 学习计划 1. 全球科技正在快速改变社会 人工智能（AI）已经成为推动新一轮产业革命的重要力量。从教育、医疗、金融到旅游与制造业，AI正在改变人类的工作方式与生活方式。 Artificial Intelligence is transforming industries worldwide, reshaping how people work, learn, and live. 2. 离岛地区需要新的发展动力 像马祖或金门这样的岛屿地区，人口规模较小，传统产业有限，因此更需要通过数字技术创造新的机会。 Island regions such as Matsu and Kinmen have limited traditional industries and smaller populations. Digital technology can provide new economic opportunities. 3. AI 可以降低地理限制 在 AI 与互联网时代，人才不必集中在大城市。通过远程工作与数字经济，小岛也可以参与全球市场。 In the AI era, geography matters less.
