| 作者 黃 嬿 發布日期 2015 年 01 月 19 日 南韓救經濟，要搶中國遊客。繼先前傳出阿里巴巴有意投資仁川興建阿里巴巴城之後，南韓政府週日宣布，今年仁川將會通過兩個以上的大型綜合賭場飯店計劃，希望能推升旅遊產業投資金額達 32.5 億美元。 南韓政府下半年會確定經營兩家綜合度假村的營運商名單，各計劃投資金額約 1 兆韓元，其中賭場部分只許外國人進入，這是南韓政府刺激經濟三年計劃的一部份。 目前已經批准美國凱撒娛樂 (Caesars Entertainment Corp) 與印尼地產開發財團力寶 (Lippo Ltd)，以及南韓 Paradise Co 與日本世嘉集團 (Sega Sammy)，於仁川合資興建兩家賭場度假村。 而在濟州島，新加坡雲頂集團 (Genting Singapore) 以及中國房地產公司藍鼎國際發展 (Landing International Development) ，也同時看中中國遊客商機，積極爭取興建整合型度假村。 南韓政府同時表示，預期將額外投資 3,000 億韓元，約 2.77 億美元，興建四家新的免稅商店，其中三家在首爾，一家在濟州島。南韓 16 家城市中的免稅商店營收從 2011 年的 3 兆韓元，增加到去年 1-10 月的 4.4 兆韓元。 南韓去年吸引逾 1,400 萬名外國旅客造訪，改寫歷史新高，中國觀光客增加的情況特別明顯，中國遊客造訪南韓的人數 2014 年成長 41%。 而先前傳出的位於仁川的阿里巴巴城也是一項大型綜合商場，包括購物中心、餐廳、文化設施等，佔地 100 萬平方公尺，並設有阿里巴巴線上商城的倉庫據點。 阿里巴巴先前雖已否認這項傳言，不過隨著南韓政府公佈仁川開發細節，旅遊業確定將成為南韓搶救經濟的重要方針，而龐大的中國旅客商機將是著眼目標，阿里巴巴重視南韓市場，同時正在積極擴張品牌心占率，阿里巴巴城計劃或許傳言不假。 南韓政府13日宣布振興經濟政策，希望刺激投資與國內消費，目標是把今年經濟成長率提高到 4%，就業率拉抬到 70%，且人均所得增加到 4 萬美元以上。 全文網址: http://finance.technews.tw/2015/01/19/south-korea-invest-casino-resorts-to-induce-china-tourists/ South Korea says to approve two more casino resorts this year SEOUL Sun Jan 18, 2015 1:04am EST Reporting by Joyce Lee; Editing byNick Macfie Jan 18 (Reuters) - South Korea said on Sunday it will approve two more casino resorts and the building of around 5,000 new hotel rooms this year, hoping to boost tourism investment by around 3.5 trillion won ($3.25 billion). The government would choose operators to invest around one trillion won each in two integrated resorts with foreigner-only casinos by the second half of this year, part of a three-year plan to boost the economy, it said in a statement. South Korea has already approved a consortium of U.S.-based Caesars Entertainment Corp and Lippo Ltd as well as a joint venture of local player Paradise Co Ltd and Japan's Sega Sammy Holdings Inc to build two casino resorts in Incheon, west of Seoul. A consortium of Genting Singapore PLC and Landing International Development Ltd is also seeking to break ground for an integrated resort project on the Chinese tourist hot spot island of Jeju. The government also said it expected an additional 300 billion won of investment in four new duty free stores. Three will be in Seoul, one on Jeju. South Korea's 16 downtown duty free shops have seen their revenue rise from 3 trillion won in 2011 to 4.4 trillion won between January and October last year. The number of Chinese tourists to South Korea grew nearly 41 percent in 2014, according to the Korea Tourism Organization.
