【本報訊】美國芝加哥自由行遊客馮世偉.(中文名字)到馬祖遊玩並參觀馬祖故事館之後寫信給駐館人員曹以鋒。馮世偉(KHUN BIN)說，馬祖是個特別的地方，很驚訝居然會在馬報上看到自己的照片！等天氣回暖，我朋友們也想過來走走呢!
馮世偉本月6日曾參訪本社馬祖故事館，他是一位研究生，來台灣主要目的是要學習如何講中文；在參訪過程中，他很難想像在早年時空下的馬祖人、事、物是如何走過來的，並且對故事館展板的中文很感興趣，如阿兵哥以及一些成語等等，拿出隨身攜帶iPad翻譯中文。
以下是他寫給馬祖故事館文建會駐館人員曹以鋒的信件原文內容:
曹先生,你好！
認識你也很高興.
I wish I could write more in Chinese but it is difficult. I thank you for the link to the blog. Yes, I have seen it and have showed it to my friends. I was surprised to have my picture in the newspaper! I told them what a special place Matsu is. When the weather gets warmer, they intend to visit. I want to go back too. I had a wonderful time. Thank you for showing me around and for giving me a tour of the new museum. I look forward to reading your blog and finding out what's happening in Matsu.
